Advanced Polynucleotide Therapy
Cellular regeneration for deeply restored, resilient skin.
With over 10 years of clinical experience in dermatology and aesthetics, I am incredibly passionate about treatments that prioritise true skin health. Polynucleotides represent the absolute cutting edge of regenerative medicine.
Rather than temporarily plumping the skin or masking a concern with volume, this groundbreaking treatment works at a DNA level. It actively repairs damaged tissue, deeply reduces inflammation, and restores your skin’s natural vitality from the inside out.
What Are Polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA fractions (often described as biostimulators) that act as messengers within your skin.
When carefully injected, they communicate directly with your skin’s fibroblast cells. This interaction triggers a powerful, natural healing response that encourages your body to:
Produce fresh, healthy collagen and elastin.
Deeply hydrate the tissue at a cellular level.
Neutralise free radicals and calm underlying inflammation (making it an excellent choice for rosacea-prone skin).
Thicken and strengthen thinning, crepey skin.
The Ultimate Under-Eye Rejuvenation
As an Independent Nurse Prescriber, one of my specialist areas is treating the complex and delicate anatomy around the eyes.
Historically, treating dark circles, fine lines, or hollowing under the eyes relied heavily on dermal fillers. However, Polynucleotides have completely revolutionized how we approach this area. Because they do not draw in large amounts of water (like traditional hyaluronic acid fillers), there is no risk of unwanted puffiness. Instead, they naturally thicken the delicate under-eye skin, improve micro-circulation to reduce dark pooling, and beautifully smooth crepey texture for a remarkably bright, rested appearance.
What to Expect from Your Treatment
Because Polynucleotides work by regenerating your own cells, the results are deeply transformative and entirely natural.
The Protocol: For optimal cellular repair, a bespoke course of 3 to 4 treatments is typically recommended, spaced approximately 2 to 3 weeks apart.
The Experience: The treatment involves a series of very superficial, precise injections. You may experience some minor swelling or small bumps at the injection sites (often resembling small bee stings), but these generally subside beautifully within 24 to 48 hours.
The Results: Tissue regeneration takes a little time. While you will notice a gradual improvement in skin quality early on, your final, beautifully resilient and glowing results will peak around 60 to 90 days after your first session.
